If you are serious about losing 10 pounds in a week then you are going to have to radically change the way that you currently eat but like I said earlier, this doesn’t have to be difficult.  Instead of eating most of your calories from foods that are nutritionally incomplete, change to a diet that supplies the body with the nutrients it needs in order to burn fat optimally.

Learning how to lose 10 pounds in a week involves getting some sleep!

Many people who are overweight are also the same people who don’t sleep well at night.  If you don’t get enough sleep then you are damaging your body, it is as simple as that.

Hormones that regulate our appetite are affected after just a few nights of restricted sleep and there are scientific tests to prove that people who get an adequate amount of uninterrupted sleep each night (6 to 8 hours) generally weigh less than those who don’t.

When you are deprived of sleep or not getting enough quality rest your metabolism will not function and therefore more of what you eat will be stored as fat.

When it comes to knowing how to lose 10 pounds in a week let me assure you that a regime of dieting and exercise will be a wasted effort if you simply are not getting enough sleep so switch off the television early and do something to help you unwind – perhaps have a bath, read a book or better still, have sex; they are all great for helping the body to relax and encouraging a great nights sleep!
